Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective

(Customized, made-to-order, or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless damaged.)

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Free of scratches, dents, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom designs
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Opened or used décor pieces
  • Mirror stickers or adhesive-based décor once applied

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, Decorz will cover the return shipping.
If the customer changes their mind, return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed as:

  • Store Credit
    or
  • Bank Refund (3–7 business days)

Damaged or Broken Item on Arrival

If your product arrived damaged:

  1. Take photos/video of the package and product
  2. Contact us within 24 hours
  3. We will replace your item at no additional cost
